Raw Honey

Raw honey is honey that has not been heated, pasteurized or processed in any way. The differences between raw and pasteurized honey are substantial. These are the very nutrients that are destroyed during the heating and pasteurization process.

Taro root is free from gluten. They carry high-quality phyto-nutrition profile comprising of dietary fiber, and antioxidants.  It also contains good levels of some of the valuable B-complex vitamins such as pyridoxine(vitamin B-6), folates, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, and thiamin.  The leaves are rich in  antioxidants such as ß-carotenes, and cryptoxanthin along with vitamin A.
