Our bees hives are located at Finger Lime Hill at South West Rocks on a 110 acre property of natural bushland. The bees pollinate our finger lime orchards as well as feeding on the nectar of many of the native flora on the property. The raw honey is spun out of the hives in a centrifugal extractor and the only processing that is undertaken is screening to remove the wax. It 100% natural raw honey.
